Site Visit: We meet in person at the property to ensure we have all the information on the home. This usually takes about 45 minutes and gives us a fantastic opportunity to get to know each other and everything you love about the home.

Comparative Market Analysis (CMA): Using the information gathered during the site visit, sold comparable data and the current market psychology, I provide you with an unbiased opinion of what your property is worth in today’s market.

Recommendations: Not sure whether to replace the tired flooring, add fresh paint, or bring in professional stagers? I can make recommendations and connect you with the bets professional contractors to get the most out of your home.

Media Ingredients: Once your home is show ready, I bring in my professional media services team to take photos, film promotional videos and take measurements to draft floor plans, all so we can present your property with the best value in the marketplace.

MLS Posting: Your listing goes live on the MLS! All of the media is combined with the rest of your listing date to create the perfect, eye-catching listing that will entice all buyers to look at it. Let the action begin!

Marketing: Your property will have its very own dedicated website, which will be promoted through social media and digital advertising. Eye catching social media posts will be strategically timed and released to keep the focus on your listing longer.

Offers: We provide potential buyers with all the documentation needed to submit offers. As a team we will discuss our negotiation strategy to ensure you end up with the best deal, and top dollar for your home.

Legal: All the paperwork is reviewed and prepared by my conveyancing team and delivered to a lawyer of your choosing so you can sign your life away and make it all official.

Moving Truck: Bring in the troops, it’s time to pack everything up, clean and prepare the home for the new owners, and move on to your next amazing home! 

Key Release: Once you are completely moved out, I will be there to do the final walk through and collect the keys from you to hand them off to the new owners and make sure everyone is happy.
